This fun and engaging club is designed specifically to help students move their bodies, calm their minds, and have a blast! We will learn stretches and poses that help strengthen muscles, improve balance, and increase flexibility. Additionally, children will discover fun breathing exercises that are like "magic calming buttons" to help manage big feelings and focus better. Every session ends with a quiet, restful period (often called "Savasana") where we practice being still and recharging our energy.
Adding this activity will only add your student the wait list. Should space become available, you will need to register for the activity at that time.
