In our Sugar and Spice culinary program, young chefs create one sweet and one savory recipe each class while building confidence and essential kitchen skills. Students learn hands-on techniques such as measuring, mixing, layering, folding, glazing, and plating as they prepare recipes like Pumpkin Cream Trifle, Chocolate Orange Tart, and Triple Berry Pancake Muffins. Through themed lessons, they discover how fresh, seasonal ingredients and flavorful spices can transform everyday recipes into delicious, nutritious dishes while exploring where food comes from and the science of flavor. All recipes are nut, peanut, and sesame free, and we can accommodate most allergies. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate egg, gluten and lactose allergies. We can accommodate vegetarian diets, but not vegan.
